DYNAMIC EQUITIES PRIVATE LIMITED (DEPL) was incorporated on the 16th of August 1999 with the main objective of doing stock broking and jobbing business. Its registered office is situated at: -'Technopolis' 15th Floor, Plot No: BP 4, Sector V - Saltlake, Kolkata-700091.

DEPL was registered as a trading member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in December 1999 and the Stock Exchange of Mumbai (BSE) in December 2002.

The Company had diversified its activities by becoming member as a Depository Participant (DP) and started its business under the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) in September 2000. The company had further expanded its business activities as a DP by obtaining membership of the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) in October 2002.

DYNAMIC COMMODITIES PRIVATE LIMITED (DCPL) was incorporated on the 22nd of July 2003 with the objective of commodity trading and broking. DCPL had procured membership of the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange of India Ltd. (NCDEX) in December 2003 and Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) in April 2004. Its registered office is situated at: - 'Technopolis' 15th Floor, Plot No: BP 4, Sector V - Saltlake, Kolkata-700091.

Currently, Dynamic has its headquarters in Kolkata and a Branch Office in Mumbai. We have approximately 125 business associates all over India. In Kolkata itself we have around 70 business associates and around 55 business associates in 24 other locations. We have approximately above ten thousand registered client base.
